Refund & Challenge Policy

1. The Pitch & Paw World Cup Challenge (Promotional Terms) By participating in our "Buy the Gear = Bet on the Team" promotion, you agree to the following terms:

Winning Nations: If the nation matching your purchased design wins the 2026 World Cup Final, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the Product Price for that specific item.

Non-Winning Nations: If the nation does not win, you will receive a $10 Store Credit for that specific item.

Important Exclusions: Shipping fees and taxes are strictly non-refundable.To maintain the integrity of our "Win a Refund" contest, all team selections are final once the order is placed. Orders placed after July 9, 2026, are not eligible for the cash-back promotion.

Processing Time: All challenge refunds and store credits will be processed and issued within 14 business days after the official final match of the 2026 World Cup. You must hold onto your order confirmation email.

2. Standard Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Policy) Since every product at Pitch & Paw is custom-printed and handcrafted specifically for you once you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong team selection, or sizing issues. Please measure your dog's neck and consult our size guide carefully before purchasing!

3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., printing error), contact us immediately at [pitchpaw.official@gmail.com] with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and send a free replacement right away!
